From a young age, Mitch had a fascination with both Music and Technology. Eventually, these two interests naturally merged, with Mitch joining the tech program at his middle school, running audio, video, and lighting for school events and chapel services. As his interest and knowledge for the subject grew, he found new opportunities to learn and gain experience, volunteering at his church while living in New York City for a time. After returning to California and starting high school, he began working on a small-scale professional level, mixing for several local elementary schools in the area. He also established and grew a production program at his school, responsible for planning and executing all on and off-campus events, theatrical productions, and the annual fundraiser gala. In June of 2021 while on the east cost with his family, Mitch began a summer internship with Michael Mazzaraco, owner of Hampton Sound, and Head Engineer at The Stephen Talkhouse, a famous local venue in Amagansett, New York, known for hosting both local favorites and the likes of Coldplay, The Killers, and other worldwide touring bands. Through this internship, Mitch's knowledge of mixing and event production grew tremendously. He was able to take this knowledge with him when he returned to California for the school year, where he soon began contracting for 8185 Group, an event production, touring, and AVL install company. He has been happily working for 8185 for almost a year, while also joining the staff of Hampton Sound during the summer of 2022. Between Southern California and Long Island, Mitch has an impressive amount of knowledge and experience for an engineer his age, having not even graduated from high school yet.
